I don’t see any thing happen since 2006 when they said starting first Phase. Now 2009 is approach. Will they be able to finish as schedul?
I am sure CamKo still earn lot of money though they don’t start building it. If we look at cash flow from land price increasing.
Will this 100% going to be happen or they wait for having enough money to build?

…so that they can trump up enough interest from the investors?

Yes, of course! It’s a capitalist venture. They put money in and the expect to rake the money…milk it as much as they. But hopefully our ordinary Cambodian will not be slave to this type of project.

this past September 2008 I went to Cambodia, I saw camko building build up to some 8, 7 stories high already. now I heard it is already get to their maximum high 14 stories.

There are so many exciting things happening in Cambodia. i can’t wait to see the completion of Phase I construction and take a tour the new city if allowed.
