It will definitely be a wonderful thing if this project were to be materialized. It will, not only, create more jobs but the city itself will be an attraction thus bringing more tourists—generating more money (flowing into the country).

I’m afraid it’s just a trick to cheat our innocent Cambodians. It’s hard to believe that type of business comes to Cambodia and pretends that they develop a new city in a slump area such Pong Peay Lake.
To me, it looks so real but it just a computer simulation that is a decoy to attract innocent people to invest their money. Since the developers grab their money and run away. Then our people who will lose their asses. Cambodia doesn’t seem to have a law to prevect her people.
However, it were real, it would be marvellous because it would bring more foreign investors to Cambodia and the job market would be much better off for our poor fellows.

Which group of poor people did the developers evict and steal the land from? When did the destruction of the lives of human beings, be considered development?
